Top Five Minnesota Lake Homes
The number of websites with real estate listings has increased dramatically over the last year and many sites have no affiliation to the geographic location of the listings. Because all of our real estate agents call the Brainerd Lakes Area home, we can tell you more about the properties, show you the listings at a drop of the hat, and offer more insight on the location of the listings (neighborhoods, ordinances, taxes, school info, and relocation information), not to mention you can view some testimonials from previous clients.

Nisswa Lake Estate
Boasts true luxury living. This lake estate is on Wilson Bay which is on Gull Lake, and has it all – even an elevator! The one word that comes to mind with this estate: elegance.
5) Celebrities such as Marlon Brando, Nicholas Cage, Leonardo Dicaprio, and Mel Gibson have (or previously) their very own private islands. Maybe its because even those who love the spotlight need a place to get out of that spotlight and still have the comforts of home, yet never sacrificing luxury for privacy, everything they want and still provide the level of privacy they need. This lake estate actually sits on its very own peninsula (not an island), but still this Gull Lake Estate offers unparalleled privacy. The peninsula also allows for 360-degree-stunner views of the Gull Lake. This level of privacy is hard to find on remarkable lakes like Gull.
